How long will it take to see the inspection results?
Gigabiz guarantee to send you the inspection report the next working day either by email or the way you would like to receive your report. If there are major quality issues, you will be informed immediately once the inspection is completed.
What kind of standards do you use?
Gigabiz will use the recognized international quality control standards to conduct inspections. We refer to the most widely accepted sampling methods such as MIL-STD-105E, ABC-STD-105, ISO2859, DIN40.080, BS6001, NFK06-021/022.
Unless otherwise instructed, Gigabiz Inspection uses the Single Sampling Plan Normal Level II (according to the MIL-STD 105E standard). This is generally the common requirement for products manufactured in China.

How much do you charge for your services?

We will in all cases inform you of all costs. All charges will be agreed with you before any work commences so there will be no unexpected invoices.
We use MIL-STD-105E or ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 2003 which are the internationally recognized quality control standards. Our acceptable quality level (AQL) is the maximum number of defects allowed for specific products. Please find following table for more information:

A critical defect means that the product is unsafe to use.
A major defect means that the product can be used safely, but may not function 100%, or it may have an obvious appearance defect.
A minor defect means that the product is safe to use and functions properly, but is not up to the pre-determined quality standard.

Comprehensive Factory Audit and Assessment
Gigabiz is a professional, impartial company to perform a comprehensive manufacturer assessment before you spend too much time and money on a potential supplier. Pre-Production Check (PPC)
Gigabiz perform a random quality inspection on critical raw materials and/or components. We will follow your exact quality guidelines to ensure that all of the parts of your products are up to standard before production begins.
Initial Production Check (IPC)
Gigabiz perform a visual inspection of products as available at the beginning of the production cycle against a client's instructions and Purchase Order specifications.
During Production Check (DUPRO)
The DUPRO provides the on-line inspection, DQC qualified inspectors will check that the corrections and improvements suggested during the IPC were implemented, examine the existing productions, advised the manufacturers of any further corrections or improvements to be made. When very strict quality standards are required than it is best not to wait for a final random inspection
Final Random Pre-shipment Inspection (FRI)
Gigabiz performs a final random inspection comprising of a detailed visual inspection of goods before shipment. It is generally conducted on the premises of the manufacturer, on samples selected according to defined sampling procedures. A Final Random Inspection will choose a specific quantity (according to AQL) of completed products and inspect them according to your quality standards.
By checking of the container condition, identification of the loaded packing units with the previously inspected consignment, tallying of the total number of shipping packing units and sealing of the container, Gigabiz ensure that you are getting what you ordered
